Building a rock solid mental foundation is the cornerstone of the program. This step in the process should not be started until you engage in steps 1 & 2. Your mental foundation will be built using a series of exercises to develop base of knowledge about yourself. This is not a quick process as the exercises require time, hard work and significant introspection. The results of these exercises, coupled with Steps 1 & 2 will have you on track to a better life!
